History of Herpes
Has used isotrentinoin (ACUTANE) within the past 6 months
Has photo-induced epilepsy or seizures
Areas which was treated with IPL or laser within previous 30 days
Epidermolysis bullosa
Pemphigus vulgaris (PV)
Bullous pemphigoig (BP)
Kapossi's Sarcoma
History of cancer in area to be treated
Currently using anticoagulants (coumadin Warfarin)
Gold therapy, Amiodarone,Cordarone, Paceerone within one year
Monodox within one month
Retin A , Micro, Renova, Differin,tazorac, Vaniqa within two weeks
Amoxicillin, Augmentin, Bactrim, Septra, Macrobid within two weeks
Cipro, Floxin, Levoquin, Noroxin, tequin, Zagam wihtin two weeks
